The Lagoona Resort, Lonavala

My stay at this resort was truly amazing. The rooms were large, neat, and clean, equipped with excellent A/C that made my stay very comfortable. While the furniture looked a bit dated, the spaciousness and amenities made up for it.

The hotel had rooms that were quite warm at times, a bit smelly, damp, and moist, offering below-average conditions; however, they did feature a nice balcony. The service was a mix of very poor and exceptional experiences, with some staff showing us several rooms and others being well-behaved and helpful. The location was described as super amazing and chilled, although improvements could be made for better space and options. The dining experience was expansive, especially during weekdays, with a good spread in breakfast. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offered various facilities and attentive staff.

I got a backyard facing room on the 2nd floor, which was not good compared to others. The services were good, and the food quality was excellent, but the room was stinking throughout our stay, even after they sprayed room freshener on our request.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well equipped and substantially bigger than others nearby, with the added bonus of an attached balcony offering a nice view. However, the room I stayed in had a damp smell, which was disappointing as I didn't even check in due to the conditions.

The rooms are comfortable and pleasing, with spacious interiors and fantastic service levels; however, the staff's behavior was disappointing, being rude and impolite. The classy bathrooms were neat and clean, but there was a noticeable damp smell lingering.
